Robert Winborne is the founder and Managing Director of Brookwood Associates, an investment bank that provides advisory services on mergers and acquisitions as well as financing for U.S. and international companies. They previously served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs from 1985 to 1988 and at Kidder Peabody from 1980 to 1985. Additionally, Robert has held various board positions, including serving on the boards of Incident IQ, Vectorply Corporation, and several nonprofits focused on healthcare and safe driving. Currently, they are also pursuing education at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Harvard Business School.
