Xavier Rachel has a range of work experience in engineering roles. Xavier started their career at Initial Outfitters, Inc. as a Production Assistant from October 2017 to December 2020. Afterwards, they worked at BioHorizons as a Test Engineer from May 2020 to December 2020, where they focused on analyzing failure in dental abutments and implementing corrective actions. Xavier then joined Auburn University, Samuel Ginn College of Engineering as a Research Engineer from December 2020 to August 2021, where they conducted additive manufacturing research and developed testing procedures. Currently, they are employed at Vectorply Corporation since August 2021, initially as a Composites Engineer and later transitioning into the role of Composites Test Engineer in January 2023.

Xavier Rachel attended Auburn University from 2016 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
