Kevin Hoffman

Kevin Hoffman is the Founder and CEO of Vector. Prior to Vector, Kevin was a Territory Manager at St. Jude Medical from July 2002 to December 2016. As Territory Manager, Kevin led their sales team in strategic relationship building, business strategy, field coaching and clinical training. Kevin has more than ten years of expertise in sales operations and grew territory sales each of their eight consecutive years. Kevin is a proactive leader and team builder who empowers co-workers toward exceeding goals and personal bests.

During their time at St. Jude Medical, Kevin activated the first and highest enrolling CardioMEMS site in a community hospital in California. CardioMEMS is a first of its kind remotely monitored implantable pulmonary artery pressure sensor for heart failure. Kevin also successfully negotiated market share commitment and exclusive vendor contracts with hospitals. In a very competitive environment, Kevin attained 60% market share and $8m in annual territory sales. Kevin has also been presented with the Circle of Excellence, Winner's Circle, Top Gun and two time winner of President's Club for outstanding performance. Kevin continually expanded sales volume strategic marketing and education campaigns during their time at St. Jude Medical.

Kevin Hoffman graduated from Arrhythmia Technology Institute with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Kevin then went on to attend Texas State University.
