Charles I.

Charles I. has extensive experience in the field of IT and database administration. Charles is currently working as an SQL Server Database Administrator at VectorUSA since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as an SQL Server Database Administrator at Brentwood Trade from September 2016 to May 2020. In this role, they were part of a team managing over 500 databases in a highly available multi-terabyte environment.

Before joining Brentwood Trade, Charles worked at CityPrime FX as an SQL Database Administrator from February 2013 to 2016, where they were involved in migration projects, technical decision-making, capacity planning, and maintenance of multi-node cluster environments. Charles also gained experience in monitoring and troubleshooting MS SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2 databases.

Charles's work history also includes roles such as a System Administrator at Beechwood Consult from December 2009 to January 2013, where they set up and managed a VMsphere environment and led a domain migration project. Charles also served as a Windows System Administrator at The Meads Primary School in 2009, where they provided user support and maintained software and hardware inventory records.

In addition, Charles worked as a Sys Admin/Computer Skills Tutor at TNG from August 2008 to March 2009. Prior to that, they were an Information Technology Support Specialist at Beechwood Consult from November 2007 to August 2008, where they were responsible for network setup and workstation maintenance, help desk support, and configuration of Exchange Server mail system.

Charles I. attended the University of Bedfordshire from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained an MSc degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Charles'sundergraduate degree, a BEngr in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, was earned at Ambrose Alli University.
