David Allen has over two decades of experience in information technology and program management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at VectorUSA since December 2014, David has previously held the position of Network Systems Administrator at Semtech from March 2010 to December 2014. Earlier in David's career, a significant role as Director of IT at Bob Hope Airport from 2001 to 2009 contributed to a solid foundation in IT leadership and systems management.
