Michael Hubbard has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Michael started their career at Shoptec as an Application Engineer, where they installed software at Hyundai Factory Automation in South Korea and wrote user manuals. Michael then worked at Flowserve as a Network Engineer, where they deployed and maintained a wide area network and implemented technology solutions in a manufacturing plant. After that, they became the IT Director at Circor Aerospace, where they provided leadership and supervision for multiple locations and was responsible for budgeting and information security. Michael then moved on to a role as an IT Director at CIRCOR International Inc., where they managed a global infrastructure and provided vision for scalable virtual infrastructure. After that, they worked at inhouseIT as a Principal Engineer, where they developed standards and best practices for networking technologies. Currently, they are a Senior Network Engineer at VectorUSA, where they design and tests LANs and WLANs and created a testing procedure using open source tools.

Michael Hubbard received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electronic Technology from the University of Akron.
