Alexandra Duffy

Alexandra Duffy has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra started their career at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments as a Technical Trainer from February 1996 to July 2000. Alexandra then moved on to Cloud Nine Video Productions, where they served as the Owner and Videographer starting from February 2001. Currently, they hold a position at Vectorworks as the Director of Technical Content, overseeing the operations of the Technical Publications and Content teams. In this role, they supervise the creation of customer-facing documentation and the implementation of help systems in multiple languages. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Technical Publications at Vectorworks from August 2000 to April 2023. Throughout their career, Alexandra has gained extensive experience in technical training, content creation, and management.

Alexandra Duffy holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Environmental Science from Colby College. Alexandra also attended Lycee Francais de New York for their High School education, where they focused on Math and philosophy. Alexandra obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree with a specialization in Secondary School Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, they possess a Secondary School teaching certificate from the State of Maryland.
