Wouter Pos

Wouter Pos has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field since 2006. In 2006, they began as a PhD Student at Sanquin Research - Utrecht University. In 2010, they became a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute - Harvard Medical School. In 2013, they were an Instructor at Harvard Medical School - Dana Farber Cancer Institute. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Senior Scientist and Scientist at AIMM Therapeutics. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Senior Scientist at Scenic Biotech. Currently, they are a Senior Scientist at uniQure and Head of Antibody Technology at VectorY, where they are responsible for scientific rationale/background/IP and competitive intelligence analysis of the pipeline and gene therapy technology programs, as well as antibody lead candidate generation for four pipeline programs.

Wouter Pos has a diverse educational background. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Instructor at Harvard Medical School, where they studied Chemical Immunology. From 2006 to 2010, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Utrecht University in Immunology. From 1998 to 2006, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) in Chemistry - Biochemistry - Farmacochemistry. In addition, they hold certifications from edX, Sanquin, and MediaMarkt Nederland, obtained in 2021, 2007, and 2006, respectively.
