Alan Chang

Alan is an accidental entrepreneur & operator. Over the course of 8 years at Airbnb, he led its expansion into Asia and was the first employee in the region. He also helped launch the Experiences business, and was one of the founding team members of Airbnb’s Social Impact team.

Prior to Airbnb, Alan co-founded Chickenow, a national quick service restaurant chain. He helped grow the business from 0-50 stores in four years.
