Jason Best is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Vectr Fintech Partners and has served as a Venture Partner for Vectr Ventures since 2014.

Jason is a San Francisco-based technology entrepreneur who co-authored the crowdfund-investing framework used in the JOBS Act to legalize securities-based crowdfunding in the US. He provided US Congressional testimony twice, and attended the White House, Rose Garden ceremony for President Obama to sign The JOBS Act into law in April 2012. Following the JOBS Act, he co-founded Crowdfund Capital Advisors to advise governments, regulators, financial institutions and entrepreneurs on fintech policy and regulation. His firm worked in 45 countries to support balanced regulation which has created unique access to fintech founders, regulation and markets.

Prior work includes time as an executive team member of 2 successful healthcare startups. One was acquired and went public as part of WebMD, the other (Kinnser Software) was one of the fastest growing private companies in the US for 2 years and was sold to Insight Partners.
