Dhuman Kumar

Dhuman Kumar is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in strategy, growth, and investment. Currently serving as Deputy Chief of Staff at Vedantu since July 2025, Dhuman previously held a role in the Founder’s Office at Bacca Bucci, where the focus was on shaping the footwear landscape in India. Dhuman is also the founder of Proternity, an initiative that has guided over 50,000 students in their career decisions. Additional experience includes positions in investment roles at Ankur Capital Fund and Soonicorn Ventures, as well as an analyst role at Nucleus Advisors and an early career as a staff accountant at KPMG. Education includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Kirori Mal College and ongoing studies for a Master's in Commerce at the Delhi School of Economics.
