Mayank Agarwal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mayank is currently working at Vedantu as the Head of Strategy and New Projects, responsible for Educator Acquisition. Prior to this, they worked at OYO in multiple roles including Supply Excellence - Growth, South India and Manager-Strategic Supply. Mayank also has experience as the Founder of Puh Se Pizza, India's first Desi Pizza brand. Mayank has also worked as a Supply Manager at Treebo Hotels, Co-Founder at Waffle Express and The Tuck Shop, and as part of the Industrial Trainee Programme at Taj Hotels. Mayank began their career as a Hustler at Alma Mater Store.

Mayank Agarwal completed their secondary education at Bishop Cotton Boys' School, earning an ICSE degree from 1995 to 2007. Mayank then attended Bishop Cotton Boys' School again from 2007 to 2009, obtaining an ISC degree in Business/Commerce. Mayank Agarwal proceeded to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Christ University, Bangalore, specializing in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they also acquired a Level 2 degree in Wine Steward/Sommelier from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
