Tom Kimball has over 29 years of experience in sales and leadership within the construction and real estate industries. Starting in February 1995, Tom served as Vice President of Commercial and Lender Sales at Land Title until November 2024. Currently, Tom holds the position of Vice President of Sales at Vederra Modular, where efforts are focused on advancing factory-built energy-efficient construction and social impact, in collaboration with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL). Tom earned a degree in Economics from St. Lawrence University between 1989 and 1993.
