Janice Smith

Janice Smith has over 30 years of work experience. Janice began their career in 1986 as an Assistant Manager - Facilities Planning at The Hearst Corporation. In 1990, they became an Attorney at Weil Gotshal and Manges. In 1997, they were promoted to Counsel at O'Sullivan Graev Karabell LLP. In 2000, they were promoted again to Partner at Proskauer Rose LLP. In 2007, they became Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer & Head of Government Affairs at Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at Veea Inc. (formerly Max2 Inc.). Finally, in 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Veea Inc.
