Alyssa Friedman

Alyssa Friedman is a seasoned professional in talent management and people experience, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Growth & Inclusion at Veeam Software since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at GOAT Group, where Alyssa managed the People Programs Team and implemented bi-annual review cycles, and Slalom, where a comprehensive job architecture and career development model for over 1,500 team members was developed. At Heather James Fine Art, Alyssa established extensive training programs and co-led marketing initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Classical, Ancient Mediterranean, and Near Eastern Studies and Archaeology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Classics from the University of Southern California.
