Islam Afifi

Islam Afifi is an accomplished technical sales professional with extensive experience in presales support and system engineering, currently serving as the Regional Director of Technical Sales at Veeam Software since February 2017. Previously, Islam held various roles at Veeam, including Advisory System Engineer and Regional Manager, achieving multiple accolades such as President's Club awards and MVP recognitions. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Diyar United Company, where Islam excelled in securing competitive deals and enhancing the branch's presence in Qatar. Roles at MAK Group, Hutchison Port Holdings, Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons, and North Africa Company for Systems and Engineering further enriched technical expertise in network solutions and storage architectures.
