Jillian Happe

Jillian Happe, MSIO, has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills through various roles, including President and Secretary of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, where management of a team of 33 chapter officers and fostering a supportive community for 250 members were key responsibilities. Experience includes serving as an HR Operations Associate and People Partner at Veeam Software, contributing to talent acquisition and recruitment process improvement, as well as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Additionally, Jillian worked as a Graduate Assistant for the College of Arts & Sciences at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, supporting course objectives and managing a demanding workload.
