Michael Colligan

Michael Colligan is an experienced leader in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development at Veeam Software since 2022. Prior to this role, Michael was the Founder and Principal Consultant at Duende Consulting, focusing on inclusive leadership development. Michael's career includes roles at Facebook, where responsibility included leading learning experiences for global teams, and Fulton Financial Corporation, where performance management policies were developed. Additionally, Michael co-founded the LGBTQ+ employee resource group at The Wharton School while managing professional development programs. Michael holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics, Leadership and Management from the University of Pennsylvania.
