Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson has over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Americas Sales at Veeam Software since June 2011. In this role, Rick leads the Cloud & Service Providers sales teams across the US and Canada, overseeing Data Management Sales and channel operations. Previous positions at Veeam include Area Sales Director and Sales Manager, where responsibilities encompassed building sales teams and streamlining operational processes amid significant growth. Prior to Veeam, Rick held sales roles at Canon Business Solutions and PAETEC, demonstrating a consistent record of exceeding sales targets and developing channel strategies. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Sports Management from Liberty University and completed a Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
