Rishav Pal

Rishav Pal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and educational development. Currently serving as a Senior Enablement Specialist and Sales Acceleration Trainer at Veeam Software since October 2019, Rishav focuses on performance improvement and delivery of training for sales and marketing teams. Previously, as a Growth Manager at E-DAC Learning System from February 2017 to September 2018, Rishav established learning processes and managed a diverse client base across India. Rishav's earlier role as an Academic Consultant at Next Education India Pvt Ltd involved managing client relationships and conducting training workshops on contemporary educational methodologies. Rishav holds an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Development and Change from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Master of Arts in Education from Azim Premji University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
