Shane Bricker

Shane Bricker has extensive experience in IT and network management, currently serving as Team Lead of Customer Technical Support at Veeam Software since August 2016, focusing on Veeam's products and Salesforce for case tracking. Prior to this, Shane worked as a Senior Network Consultant from April 2013 to August 2016, developing network infrastructures for clients. As Network Administrator at New Beginnings Pediatrics from April 2010 to April 2013, expertise included Microsoft Server and various database administration tasks. Shane's career also includes significant roles such as Operations Manager at Coshocton Inc., where operational oversight was provided for over 100 employees, and various IT roles within the USAF from 1993 to 2006, culminating in the creation of a highly successful training program. Shane holds a BSIT/SE degree from the University of Phoenix and an MCP certification from Microsoft.
