Timothy Jeffcoat

Tim Jeffcoat is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in sales engineering and technical support. Currently serving as Lead Systems Engineer at Veeam Software since May 2021, Tim leads a team providing pre-sales technical support within the Commercial and Managed Service Provider sectors, managing technical customer engagements and sales opportunities. Prior roles include Sales Engineering Manager and Sales Engineer at Datto, where Tim successfully expanded team size and enhanced service offerings for Managed Service Providers. Tim's career also includes positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Category Business Development Manager, and various roles at IBM, including Product Manager for the System x portfolio. Tim’s background is complemented by an educational foundation in Applied Computer Science and Cybernetics from the University of Reading.
