Todd Lustig

Todd Lustig is a seasoned technical support engineer with extensive experience in network operations and integration. Currently employed at Veeam Software since August 2019, Todd holds the position of Veeam Cloud and Service Provider Support Engineer and previously served as a Technical Support Engineer. Prior to Veeam, Todd managed the Tier 1 Support Center at The Ohio State University's OARnet from August 2016 to August 2019, providing 24/7 technical support to various academic and governmental clients. Todd's career includes a significant tenure at Goodman Networks, where responsibilities encompassed the support and integration of Alcatel-Lucent wireless equipment. Earlier experience at Alcatel-Lucent involved providing network integration services and leading projects for process improvements that achieved substantial cost savings. Todd earned a Master of Science in Engineering Administration and Operations Research from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
