Colm Connell

Colm Connell is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry, currently serving as Vice President EMEA and Managing Director at Veeco since February 2016. Previous roles include Vice President EMEA and Managing Director as well as Sales Director for Global Accounts at Oerlikon, and various managerial positions at Novellus Systems, Speedfam IPEC, and IPEC. Colm has a solid educational background with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity University Dublin and DIT, completed from 1992 to 1997. This extensive career includes partnering with leaders in high technology across multiple global regions, having lived in North America, Europe, the Middle-East, and Asia.
