Joe Testa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the finance departments of prominent companies. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Finance and FP&A at Veeco since February 2019, Joe oversees financial strategies for a global manufacturer in the semiconductor and scientific markets. Previously, Joe held several key positions including Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at JMS Holdings US, Inc., CFO of ISR & Space Systems at UTC Aerospace Systems, and Corporate Controller at Dynasil Corporation of America. Joe's expertise encompasses financial reporting, strategic initiatives, compliance, and integration efforts related to mergers and acquisitions.
