Mathew Abraham

Mathew Abraham is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology development and engineering within the semiconductor and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Veeco since September 2022, Mathew previously held the position of COO at Odessa from 2019 to 2022. His career includes significant roles such as Sr. Director of Development and Engineering at ASML, where Mathew focused on EUV Source Technology, and Director at Applied Materials, where Mathew directed technology development for Silicon Systems. Mathew’s earlier experience at Intel involved advanced semiconductor process development, and Mathew began his career with an internship at Lucent Technologies' Bell Labs. Academic achievements include a PhD in Physics from Harvard University and a degree in Engineering Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley.
