Nardeep Kumar

Nardeep Kumar is a Senior Research Scientist at Veeco, with a focus on semiconductor metrology and inspection, data analysis, and signal/image processing. With prior roles as Research Scientist III and Research Scientist, Nardeep has developed innovative metrology techniques, performed complex data analysis, and implemented machine learning techniques for performance optimization in electro-optical systems. Nardeep’s experience includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a process engineer role at Intel Corporation, coupled with a Ph.D. in Physics with an emphasis in Material Science from the University of Kansas.
