Scott Maxwell

Scott Maxwell has a strong background in program management and process development, primarily in the compound semiconductor industry. Scott started their career at Cree in 2004 as a Process Development Engineer, where they supported the epitaxial growth research and development of new processes for blue and green LEDs. Scott utilized statistical tools and models to analyze data and provide visualizations to guide decision-making. Scott also developed automated analytics algorithms to improve efficiency and productivity. In 2010, Scott joined Veeco as a Principal Program Manager, focusing on the development of new capital equipment for photonics, LEDs, lighting, and power electronics. Scott coordinates the day-to-day activities of the development team and ensures timely delivery of projects while managing budgets and risks.

Scott Maxwell attended North Carolina State University from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering.
