Som Asrani

Som Asrani began their career in 2016 as an HR Intern at Vuclip Inc. In 2017, they joined Ubisoft as an HR Executive and Recruiter. During their time at Ubisoft, they were responsible for spearheading the complete recruitment cycle for hiring across the Production department for Console and Mobile projects. In 2020, Som moved to realworld one as a Senior Recruiter, leading recruitment for the Indian office and devising recruitment processes for niche roles. In 2021, they returned to Ubisoft as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and was responsible for driving recruitment for Production and Customer teams, successfully hiring 150+ resources. Most recently, Som joined VEED.IO in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting candidates globally from junior level to senior management for Engineering, Product, Growth and Design teams.

Som Asrani began their education in 2002, attending Vikhe Patil Memorial School until 2012. They then attended Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce-Junior College from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a Junior College degree in Commerce. Som Asrani then attended Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, Banking and Finance. Finally, Som Asrani attended Alliance Manchester Business School from 2019 to 2020, where they earned an MSc Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations degree in Human Resource Management.
