Andrew Silver

Andrew Silver is a strategic operations leader with over 15 years of experience in global business growth and organizational scaling. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Shophouse and Operating Partner at Veep, they oversee operational functions and provide senior operating talent for growing businesses. Previously, Andrew held executive roles at Huge, where they managed client relationships and led significant initiatives, and at USA Swimming, where they directed the launch of a new media property. Andrew has also contributed to major events, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics, securing a Sports Emmy Award as an associate producer. They are presently pursuing a B.A. in Philosophy from Harvard University.
