Albert Serrano Pons

Albert Serrano Pons is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the e-commerce and travel sectors. Serving as Group Managing Director for Veepee Travel & Leisure and Group Chief Sales Operations Officer at Veepee since June 2016, Albert oversees operations and strategies for the marketplace business in Spain, generating over €400 million in revenue. Prior to this, Albert held various leadership roles at Privalia, including Managing Director for Spain and Mexico, and also launched a Brazilian full-price fashion e-commerce venture. Albert's career began in the consulting sector with Daemon Quest by Deloitte, and earlier experience includes roles at Ricoh and as a professional football player. Academic qualifications include degrees from IESE Business School, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, EADA Business School, and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
