Liese de Wit

Liese De Wit is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Country Lead for Benelux and Switzerland, as well as HR Director at Veepee since July 2021. Responsible for defining and implementing HR policies across the region, Liese manages teams focused on talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, and office management. Prior to Veepee, Liese held the position of HR Business Partner for Belgium and the Netherlands at HARIBO, facilitating strategic HR functions, employer branding, and labor relations. Earlier experience includes working as a Talent and Organizational Consultant at Sodeva Consulting & Development, where Liese focused on recruitment and organizational change, as well as an internship in talent acquisition at Mondelēz International. Liese holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from KU Leuven, as well as foundational education from Sint-Jozefscollege Herentals.
