Solène Faivre

Solène Faivre is currently serving as the Group Dropshipment Quality Manager at Veepee, where responsibilities include defining, documenting, and deploying new dropshipment processes at the group level, training over 50 supply planners, and monitoring performance indicators for dropshipping and third-party logistics. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Success Manager Junior at 7Speaking, where project deployment and client training were key duties, and as a Product Development Assistant at Protective Industrial Products, focusing on product launches, technical documentation, and product certification coordination. Solène began the career with positions in logistics and sales, gaining experience in order preparation and sales operations. Educationally, Solène is pursuing an MSc in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management at INSEEC and holds a Bachelor in International Business, along with a BTS in Commercial Management.
