Sian C.

Sian C. began their work experience as a Store Assistant at Home Bargains in July 2015 and worked in that role until January 2017. They then became a Lead Sales Associate, where they were responsible for sales and training new staff, until June 2021. During this time, Sian also transferred between Home Bargains stores. From June to August 2021, Sian worked as a Supervisor at Home Bargains, managing teams and running the store in the absence of the store manager. Currently, they are working as a 1st line support engineer at Veeqo, where they troubleshoot customer issues and guide customers through the Veeqo application. They work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Sian C. studied at Aberystwyth University from 2017 to 2020, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English literature and creative writing.
