Vincent Emond

Vincent Emond's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2009, they worked as a Bilingual Claims Agent at Crawford & Company, handling emergency and non-emergency claims and providing assistance to clients in French and English. From 2014 to 2018, they held multiple positions at the University of Guelph, including Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they led labs and seminars in physics courses, and Research Assistant, conducting investigations on cathode materials for lithium batteries. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Assistant at the Canadian Light Source Inc., offering user support and designing parts for synchrotron experiments. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Private Tutor at A+ Toronto Tutoring, helping high school and university students in physics, math, and general science. Vincent also taught adult ESL lessons in Vietnam. Vincent then transitioned to NeuronicWorks Inc., where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist from 2019 to 2021, and later as an Account Executive from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Account Executive at both Amazon and Veeqo, starting in 2022.

Vincent Emond obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Theoretical Physics from the University of Guelph in 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Condensed Matter Physics at the same university, completing it in 2018.
