Callie McGrath is currently the Director of Data Science and Engineering for Commercial Analytics at Veeva Systems. Previously, they held the position of Associate Director of Data Science at EQRx and served as Senior Manager of Data Science at Wayfair, where they led efforts in building data science models for customer recommendations. Callie was the John & Charlene Madison Cassidy Fellow in Translational Neuroscience at McLean Hospital and Harvard Medical School from 2014 to 2016. They also have experience as a Manager of Data Science at Deloitte, focusing on data-driven decision-making for federal agencies. Callie holds a Ph.D. from Emory University and a Bachelor's degree from Boston College.
