Chris Edwards is currently the Director of Solution Architecture for Patient CRM at Veeva Systems, where they build Patient Services CRM applications for the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Chris is a Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame member and a 12-time certified Salesforce professional. Previously, they served as a Senior Salesforce Consultant at Hunter Macdonald Ltd and were co-organiser of the London Salesforce Admin User Group. They have also held various roles in sales support and project management at Webrecruit and were a Salesforce Administrator at KCOM. In addition to their professional achievements, Chris has been actively involved in education as Chair of Governors at St Thomas Primary School.
