Cy Mistry

Cy Mistry is a Managed Services Consultant at Veeva Systems since September 2022, where responsibilities include building customer relationships post-implementation, managing configuration requests, and coordinating the upgrade process for various products. Prior to Veeva, Cy served at Epic from September 2011 to September 2022 in several roles, including Garden Plot Application Analyst, where analysis of workflows led to optimization opportunities, and Quality Manager, overseeing quality assurance and internal project management. Cy's career began as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Grinnell College and included a management role at Fuel Juice Bar. Cy holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a Concentration in Environmental Studies from Grinnell College.
