Kim Jackson, MLIS, currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Quality Services at Veeva Systems since December 2021, having previously held roles as Customer Success Manager and Consultant in Quality. Kim's experience includes a role as Product Manager at Rivet and over nine years at MasterControl, progressing from Technical Field Services Engineer to Senior Product Manager. In these roles, Kim developed and communicated product roadmaps and KPIs for Quality Event Management and related products in the Life Sciences sector. Additional experience includes senior editorial and project management positions at Creative Crafts Group/New Track Media and Stampin' Up!, and implementation specialist roles at ADP and Ceridian Corporation. Kim holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington and dual Bachelor's degrees in English and Mass Communication from the University of Utah.
