Luke Willbourn

Luke Willbourn currently serves as the Director of Data Cloud Strategy APAC at Veeva Systems since August 2025. Previous experience includes a progressive tenure at IQVIA from October 2016 to August 2025, where roles ranged from Principal to Senior Consultant, focusing on healthcare strategy consulting. Prior to that, Luke worked at Monitor Deloitte as a Consultant, and held various positions at BMI Healthcare and Decision Strategies International, Inc., specializing in strategy and development within healthcare and financial services. Early career experience includes roles at Cognosis and Boomcomms Ltd, as well as an internship at the Office of Fair Trading. Luke earned a BA in Economics from Durham University in 2010.
