Mark Lafferty

Mark Lafferty is an experienced professional in eLearning solutions and product management, currently serving as the Director of eLearning Solutions Strategy at Veeva Systems since November 2021. In this role, Mark leads strategic initiatives for SMB customers, guiding a team of Learning Strategy Consultants to optimize training programs through the LearnGxP platform. Prior to Veeva, Mark held significant positions at Mathematica Policy Research, including Manager of eLearning Solutions Strategy and Associate Director of Product Management & Development, where Mark established processes for software development and led cross-functional teams in product innovations. Mark's career began at UL, progressing through roles as Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Instructional Designer. Mark holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology/System Integration from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
