Mark Nakamura

Mark Nakamura currently serves as the Head of Tax at Veeva Systems, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held various significant tax positions including VP Tax and Head of Tax at Zynga from August 2017 to June 2023, and Tax Director at Lending Club from May 2015 to July 2017, where responsibilities included managing internal tax provisions and addressing complex tax matters. Before these roles, Mark was a Tax Senior Manager at OUM, handling ASC 740 compliance and tax return reviews for technology and life science sectors, and a Tax Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers—Private Company Services, managing tax compliance for private companies in diverse industries.
