Matthew Defranco

Matthew DeFranco is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical strategy and regulatory product management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Strategy at Veeva Systems since February 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Regulatory Product Specialist at Citeline and Pharma Intelligence from July 2021 to February 2023. Prior to that, Matthew worked at TrialScope, now part of Informa Pharma Intelligence, as Director of Solution Engineering, and held various positions there including Senior Solution Engineer and Account Manager from May 2014 to July 2021. Early career experience includes account management at Deloitte and implementation leadership at Intrasphere Technologies, along with roles at Schering Plough and IVAX Pharmaceuticals. Matthew holds an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University's Silberman College of Business, a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College, and a BA in Psychology from Western New England University.
