Melissa Aron

Melissa Aron has over two decades of experience in professional services, primarily at Veeva Systems since October 2011, where currently serves as Vice President for Vault Safety Professional Services and Vault RIM Professional Services. In this role, Melissa oversees the RIM Professional Services team, developing and refining implementation strategies for Vault's RIM Suite. Prior positions at Veeva include Practice Director for Global Vault RIM and R&D Services Practice Manager for RIM and Quality, where strong collaboration with various departments has influenced product direction. Prior experience includes managing consultant roles at IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers and a background in developing cloud-based content management solutions. Melissa holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
