Rachel Smith

Rachel Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and consultancy across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Veeva Systems since September 2025, Rachel previously held multiple roles at H1 from August 2022, including Customer Success Manager II and Customer Success Manager. Prior to H1, Rachel worked at GreenLight Medical as a Sr. Account Manager and Account Manager. Rachel's career began at Beachy, where roles included Customer Success Manager and Operations Coordinator. Rachel spent over a decade as an Educator with Williamson County Schools. Educational background includes studies in Elementary Education at Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee Knoxville, as well as attendance at Brentwood Academy.
