Spencer Kwit

Spencer Kwit currently serves as a Sales Development Representative at Veeva Systems, focusing on enhancing clinical trial efficiency for Sponsors and CROs through innovative life science solutions. Previously, as an Associate Consultant, Spencer specialized in eTMF, CTMS, Payments, SSU, and CDMS, responsible for application configuration based on business needs. Spencer's early experience includes acting as a Student Representative on the Medical Humanities Advisory Committee at UC Santa Barbara, where a 42% increase in application submissions was achieved, alongside serving as a Research Assistant at the Meta Lab, contributing to published research and participant management. Additionally, Spencer held leadership roles in Floating Doctors at UCSB, planning medical brigades in Panama. Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Biopsychology from UC Santa Barbara in 2021.
