Steve Chalgren

Steve Chalgren is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and supply chain optimization across various technology sectors. Currently serving as GM-PLM at Veeva Systems since July 2025, Steve leads a team focused on developing next-generation enterprise product lifecycle management software for the MedTech industry. Prior roles include VP and GM at Bluetooth SIG, where Steve spearheaded innovative technology initiatives and collaborated with member companies to establish Bluetooth standards for critical applications. Steve's earlier experience includes key positions at Arena Solutions, Agile Software PLM, Oracle, and Tricord Systems, where significant contributions were made to enhance operational efficiencies, drive profitability, and support successful acquisitions. Steve holds a degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
