At Vegetarian for Life (VfL), we believe that compassion and choice should last a lifetime. As the UK’s only charity dedicated to supporting older vegans and vegetarians, we work to ensure that independent living and care settings cater to ethical dietary choices with dignity and respect.

We provide expert guidance, training, and resources to care professionals, helping them create nutritious, delicious, and inclusive meals. Whether through our groundbreaking research, advocacy work, or direct support for individuals, we strive to make later life as fulfilling and ethical as possible.

Join us in shaping a future where no older vegan or vegetarian has to compromise their beliefs.
