Fred Blumer is the CEO and Co-Founder of Mile Auto, Inc., a company that offers pay-per-mile auto insurance utilizing patented computer vision technologies. They were previously the Vice President and Co-Founder at Verizon Connect from 2004 to 2012 and served as the CEO of X-spand International, Inc. from 1993 to 2004. Currently, Blumer holds advisory roles, including one as an Advisory Board Member at ATDC since 2015, alongside their position as CEO of Porsche Auto Insurance, which caters specifically to Porsche drivers.
