Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith has worked in the software development industry since 2012. Patrick began their career as an Intern at Aventura Technologies, where they helped develop user resources for software. Patrick then became a Part-time Web Developer and was responsible for implementing front and back end solutions. In 2014, Patrick Smith worked as a Junior Programmer at Lieberman Research Inc., where they programmed surveys and created tools for accessing data. Patrick also worked as a Freelance Web Developer, offering web development services to various clients. In 2015, they worked as a Web Developer at Sharpe Concepts NY. In 2017, Patrick Smith worked as a Software Developer at King Kullen, where they used Test Driven Development to define requirements for all applications, and developed multiple Android applications using Xamarin Framework. Currently, they are working as Lead, Application Development at IntelliShift, a division of VTS.

Patrick Smith completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University between 2010 and 2013. Patrick also attended St. John's University between 2009 and 2010, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science. In addition, Patrick has obtained a number of certifications, including "New Manager Foundations" from LinkedIn in November 2022, "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn in October 2022, "Git Real" and "Git Real 2" from Code School in February 2016, "Mastering GitHub" from Code School in February 2016, "Try Git" from Code School in February 2016, and the "Codility Golden Award for the Molybdenum 2019 Challenge" from Codility in October 2019.
